Great Hotel. Within walking distance to the Beach, Main Town, Restaurants, Shopping Centre, Wallmart. Very friendly & helpful staff. 👍

This is a 1.5 star hotel with some sugar coating. Wi-Fi doesn’t work, rooms full of mosquitoes and dead bugs, no room cleaning even after asking (waited until noon to ask and by 2 pm no one stopped over), sheets smell and the towels provided when checking into the room were wet. But the maids did leave an envelope asking for a tip (here’s a free tip, maybe clean your towels and sheets for new guest coming in, and clean the rooms sometimes between 10-3)

A great hotel, all the staff are really friendly and professional. I arrived after a very long flight and Patricia was working on reception. She is really helpful and friendly. A real professional. The swimming pool looks lovely, Would be great if they done food there, I notice lots of Cuban Cigar shops on 5th Avenue, maybe a Cuban themed restaurant would make it a destination for residents and non-residents alike. The staff helped me by booking my taxi to the airport, The rooms are very clean.

Have not stayed at the hotel but I have rented their bikes on multiple occasions and the staff is Top notch. I would not hesitate to stay there on my next visit. What I saw is clean and well maintained, looks great.

Such a good location - about 5 minute walk to the main strip/beach. The hotel itself was lovely, great pool and very clean. The staff, especially gera and alberto, were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend :)

Clean and good room. Close to the central pedestrian street. Very good WiFi in my room. Great value for the price!

Nice place, friendly staff, but the outlets in my room where so loose my phone charger wouldn't even stay in the wall, every outlet was like this lol. But other than that had a great stay. Walking distance to a ton
